About this deal

Long-term creatine supplementation (4-12 weeks) in combination with an effective training program can help increase both strength and muscle size. It enhances muscle performance by promoting the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the primary energy source for muscle contractions. How long after taking creatine will I see results? It takes a few seconds to take Creatine so the flavor is not even necessary. Don't take Creatine with protein shakes because it won't be fully absorbed. Good cheap form of standard creatine. Usually mix 5g with apple juice pre-workout and 5g with whey post-workout, non-workout days I'll add 5g to the morning shake. Can give a salty texture if you don't use enough liquid, I mix with a milk frother instead of a spoon and does the job.
