About this deal

gucci guilty line is not the best in the history of fragrances, but not the worst for sure. this gucci guilty is a very good eau de toilette, not unique or masterpiece but a solid, safe product. the opening is very fresh and pleasant, an invitation to smelling. then the scent remains the same, maybe someone can say it is boring but there are many fragrances that after a great opening lost many points during the drydown. very good in spring/summer, good longevity and projection. u can wear it for dates or for office very easily. but u know, for we men the best judges are always the women, so if u want to buy this bring a girl with u and ask an opinion to her. i can recommend this fragrance, i cant say the same to the other guilty scents, the absolute version is something weird...grazie per l'attenzione carissimi!!

This should have 100% be a stand alone new fragrance release from Gucci and not a flanker. It is so unique, so pleasent, so different, i like it a lot.You can’t define it. It’s not sweet or floral centered, it’s not sexy in an obvious way, not super musky and clean, not sophisticated in a serious way. It’s not “old” or “young”… it’s just…balanced. And most of all…It’s free. The first burst from the bottle is amazing! And it lasts around 10-15 minutes, then as it starts to dry down and on me it turns very masculine and what is worse - I get no lilac note on me, or something very minimal and synthetic that doesn`t remind me of lilac at all..It doesn`t give me the impression that I`m smell `guilty` either, which is another problem. Other notes are well and present but the combination of it all just doesn`t work on me..It could be lovely if the top notes were different or better quality? Longevity is about 12 hours but the last 4 will be a pure skin scent. Projection is only decent for a couple hours but I imagine it will bloom more in the heat. The fragrance is dominated by a strong, long lasting "gunpowder" accord that I can only describe as extremely powdery, dry, green, sharp, fresh, slightly sulfurous, smooth, and balanced. This might be the "heliotrope, violet and cypress". I'm guessing the heliotrope + violet is a ton of ionones (alpha ionone anyone?) and some irones and heliotropin, somehow dried to a crisp with other aromachems. The cypress note might be a microdose of some sulfurous aromachem? The Alaskan Cypress Oil I own definitely has sulfurous top notes, so this is appropriate. Anyway, it's a really nice and unique aroma that is linear and lasts.

I can't stand Allure Homme sport EE (Powdery & childish I don't get it Blanche is better) - yet I love Versace PH. Versace PH can get boring sometimes though. This is a happy medium between the two; this is sort of like the balanced Versace PH yet take some amplified pepper and lavender all the while making it still balanced and sexy. I have a 2011 bottle; batch '1035' so perhaps it changed over the years, but there is definitely something special about this dna. Fairly versatile, better in warmer weather but would work in the winter too. More of a day scent, but could work on a warm evening. Side Rant: Francesca Bianchi is so amazing--not hard on the eyes either. Probably can't say that nowadays. We guys oughta just shoot ourselves or maybe go to one of those charming 're-education' facilities like the Communists use. I can see it now: Bad Doggie re-program Room A. Right. You are now cured. 'Oh. . you look nice today (snore). You can't even joke anymore so let me sort this out so as not to offend. Guys who are gentlemen can meet todays standards. A gentleman always keeps the standard. OK relax, good talk. This is a hard one to recommend unless of course, you don't already have a mass appealing scent in your arsenal. So anyway, it's not bad, but it isn't at all sensual, golden or anything close. It smells like light powdery greens and purple. This might be the most incongruous scent&bottle combo I've ever experienced. This scent is remarkably successful in attaining two goals: First off, it has a certain bulk to the fragrance cloud as well as a bright aspect. Also the Violet is so nice and the Heliotrope is like a really satisfying confection or pastry. I think the Heliotrope adds the "bulk".

The difference here is the orange blossom, rendered so differently than normal, it is not fresh or fluffy or indolic but instead just a slightly honeyed warmth that blends perfectly and leaves Guilty Parfum smelling brighter and warmer than Cooper Square, Zino, and others, which makes it much more friendly and to my nose, enjoyable. Apparently, this was not run for very long. I get real curious when a fragrance is met with 'we don't get it' . Dump it, 'it aint sellin'. I just have to move in for the sniff. I like prospecting. I'm getting real good at it, but had to waste some money at first. This is a beautiful fragrance. Generic, yes, but beautiful all the same. The orange and vanilla really come out to play on my skin, with an aura of lavender and patch, making this very masculine but slightly playful. Its sweetness makes it a year-rounder, but it's just fresh enough to make it really shine in the summer. It skirts this line between casual and formal. I bet this would make a great office scent, if you work in that environment, as it's mostly a skin scent. My girlfriend loves this fragrance from the opening notes right through to the drydown, she believes it's works with my natural chemistry very well and smells "amazing" after a day at work which can only be a positive. I get a reasonable amount of compliments when wearing this at the office or in social situations and have been asked twice by other female commuters when in close proximity to them on the train what fragrance I was wearing. Cypress and juniper fresh opening, with a foggy/musky heliotrope drydown, giving an impression of "baby diapers". Actually, it's a hard scent to describe, because heliotrope is the main player here, which smell may be unfamiliar to most of us, so try before you buy! Average performance. The bottle is crafted of cold metal and heavy glass, making an impression of masculinity and luxury. Paired with the feminine edition, all splendid and golden, cabochon grey male bottle seems very elegant and alluring. The middle of the bottle is decorated with a metallic Gucci sign, transparent to reveal the fragrant fluid. It opens super aromatically, which actually made me balk a little. Not in a bad way, but it actually has a masculine tone with the brisk nature of lilac, pepper and whatever citruses are here. Yet...as it fades a bit and settles into the heart, it becomes more obviously floral in nature. Still, the lilac is more femme, but it contends with the pepper...I think this is easily unisex (who cares, wear what you want anyway).
