About this deal

For the last 40 years, he has been passionate about the environment, especially water conservation and eco-diversity. This book essentially covers up to the year 1919, the same year in which the first Government of India Act was passed.

This was in Sep 2021 when a Minneapolis Church objected to the construction of a Hindu temple in the area.A large part of the book is devoted to the mechanisms employed by British government in India to bring about a “reforming of a backward people”, with religious conversions being necessary among other things.

Civil Commercial litigation, Constitutional law and Competition law are my primary areas of practice. One may describe the three respectively, as a culture’s metaphysical beliefs, knowledge structure and praxis of rites and rules. He was able to provide “evidence” but such “evidence” is usually (not always) circumstantial and nothing but rationalisation of the people of those times to attribute their actions to some sort of spiritual endeavour to justify themselves. If there is one thing I believe the author wants the reader to take from this book, it is to be aware of our biases and internal coloniality and how we came to our present situation.
