On the nose it has a good distilled aroma with sweet notes of vanilla and tobacco, while on the palate it is deep and persistent.The climate, the grapes, the wood, the winery… There are many elements responsible for the unique flavour of Carlos I. The brandy is then aged in the solera system, which is a traditional Spanish method of ageing brandy.
